Returns & Refunds Policy

You may return your order within 30 days of receipt.

How to return

1. Return in person at our store
If you are near Pristina, you may bring items to our QUNTO store at Prishtina Mall during opening hours (Monday – Sunday, 10:00 – 22:00). Our staff will inspect items on site.

2. Return by post
You may send items to our store address:
QUNTO™ – Prishtina Mall
M2 (Prishtina – Ferizaj), 10000 Prishtina, Kosovo

After we receive and inspect your return at the store, we will process your refund.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition
• Tags and original packaging must be intact
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (unless the product is defective)

Refund

Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued via the same payment method you used for the order, within 14 business days.
