These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern orders through our QUNTO online shop at ks.qunto1981.com, operated by the official QUNTO store at Prishtina Mall, Kosovo.

1. Scope

These GTC apply to contracts concluded through our online shop between you and us. Conflicting terms do not apply.

2. Conclusion of contract

You may order products by adding them to your cart. By clicking "Submit & pay", you accept our offer. We will send an order confirmation email promptly.

The contract may be concluded in Albanian and English.

3. Delivery

Delivery times are calculated from order confirmation. If not stated, the maximum is 10 days.

We ship to Kosovo, Albania, North Macedonia, the EU, Switzerland and other countries as available at checkout. See our Shipping Policy.

4. Prices and payment

All prices include VAT where applicable. Payment methods include credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay and others available at checkout.

5. Warranty and returns

All orders are subject to statutory warranty. Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Returns information: Returns Policy (no online portal – returns in store or by post to Prishtina Mall).

6. Liability

Liability for slight negligence is limited as permitted by applicable law. This does not affect liability for injury to life, body or health, or product liability.

7. Final provisions

The law of the Republic of Kosovo applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
